Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is seeking ISO Support Service Workers to provide care and supervision in their Home and Community Services program across Washington County. This role ensures fulfilling the mission of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include following individual care plans, transporting clients, and offering supervision and role modeling. Benefits include competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Successfully pass background check.
• Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks outlined in the individual’s Individual Plan (IP).
• Provide supervision and positive role modeling at home and in the community.
• Observe individuals’ behaviors and report changes accurately.

Skills

Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities

Valid driver’s license

Current car insurance and registration
