- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and supervision to individuals in daily living activities.
- Perform tasks as outlined in the individual’s Individual Plan (IP).
- Report changes in individual’s behaviors and conditions.
