Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks a Subject Matter Expert (ISO) to provide authoritative guidance on international standards and quality management. You will develop and maintain documentation for ISO compliance, applying Lean Six Sigma expertise to strengthen processes and drive improvements across HQ Services.

The role requires a Master’s degree or 16+ years of experience, an ISO/Lean Six Sigma credential, and a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or 16+ years of experience.
• ISO or Lean Six Sigma credential or certification is required.
• Secret clearance is required; background check and drug screen pass.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on ISO requirements and practices.
• Develop, review, and maintain documentation supporting ISO standards and quality systems.
• Apply analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve complex quality problems.
• Advise leadership and delivery teams on standards compliance and improvements.
• Use ISO and Lean Six Sigma methods to strengthen processes and performance.
