Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks a Subject Matter Expert (ISO) to provide authoritative guidance on international standards and quality management. You will develop and maintain documentation for ISO compliance, applying Lean Six Sigma expertise to strengthen processes and drive improvements across HQ Services.

The role requires a Master’s degree or 16+ years of experience, an ISO/Lean Six Sigma credential, and a secret clearance.

Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.

The Subject Matter Expert (ISO) provides authoritative guidance on international standards, documentation, and quality-related problem solving for HQ Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on International Organization for Standardization requirements and practices.
• Develop, review, and maintain documentation supporting international standards and quality systems.
• Apply specialized analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve complex quality problems.
• Advise program leadership and delivery teams on standards compliance and continuous improvement.
• Use ISO and Lean Six Sigma expertise to strengthen processes, controls, and performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field or 16+ years experience.
• 10+ specific years’ experience.
• ISO credential 6 Signma (Lean) credential or certification required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.
