Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the United States seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager / ISO to own the site's management system, drive certification readiness, and lead improvement governance.

You will manage internal audits, CAPA programs, and management reviews, train teams, and ensure readiness for customer and regulatory audits while delivering KPIs and a robust improvement pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality, management systems, or continuous improvement.
• 2+ years owning an ISO 9001 management system, including certification and audits.

Responsibilities

• Owns the site management system (ISO 9001, and ISO 14001/45001 as applicable) and certification readiness.
• Manages the internal audit program, external audits and certification bodies.
• Governs documentation control, procedures, records and process maps.
• Leads corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and closure effectiveness.
• Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
• Drives continuous‑improvement governance, KPIs and the improvement pipeline.
• Trains and coaches teams on the management system and improvement methods.
• Ensures readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
