Job summary

Group CBS, Inc. seeks a Quality Management leader to manage the QMS and drive ISO 9001 certification across manufacturing and service operations, including in-house MCC bucket and panel manufacturing and repair/reconditioning of MCCBs and ICCBs.

You will coordinate audits, lead CAPA investigations, maintain documentation, and monitor quality metrics to ensure NFPA 70/79, UL 508A, PEARL standards, and applicable 10 CFR Part 21 requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• ASQ certification (CQE, CMQ/OE) preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify, implement, and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS across manufacturing and repair operations.
• Plan and execute internal audit schedules; coordinate external ISO 9001 audits.
• Lead nonconformance investigations and CAPA closure across functions.
• Manage document control systems and ensure records retention.
• Monitor quality metrics such as scrap rate, first-pass yield, and customer complaints; report to leadership.
• Train staff on QMS requirements across engineering, production, and service teams.
• Ensure supplier and incoming inspection processes meet certification standards.
