Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is an end-to-end power systems and solutions provider that accelerates time-to-power and delivers scalable, resilient infrastructure for mission critical environments. The Quality Control Inspector will be a hands-on shop floor role, working with welders, fabricators, and assembly technicians to ensure our products meet client specifications before shipping.

You will review blueprints, measure components, and coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quality control in electrical-type equipment manufacturing.
• Experience applying ISO 9001 requirements preferred.
• Ability to travel between Belle Chasse, LA and Bay St. Louis, MS.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specs.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, or measure materials and products for conformance to specifications.
• Measure dimensions using rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Read blueprints and data to determine inspection procedures and certifications.
• Conduct As-Built Quality Reviews for final product quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing Managers and Production Foreman on quality issues.
• Support UL labeling and inspections and other third‑party checks.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and internal quality policies.
• Assist in handling complaints and improving processes for quality.
• Help reduce costs and risks by ensuring process compliance.
