Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in San Jose, CA seeks an ISO / Document Control Specialist to support and improve the QMS, primarily for ISO 9001 and 13485 compliance. Responsibilities include internal audits, document control, and ensuring documentation accuracy throughout the organization.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in document control, plus English proficiency (Mandarin a plus). This is a full-time role with potential temp-to-permanent progression in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Document Control; familiar with Agile and document management systems.
• 2–3 years conducting internal ISO 9001/13485 audits and maintaining ISO documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage logging, distribution, storage and retrieval of electronic/hardcopy documents (BOM, AVL, ECO).
• Ensure document release packages are accurate and current.
• Control and issue part numbers; track revision levels and status.
• Scan, image, organize, and archive documents per lifecycle procedures.
• Support ISO implementation, audits, and maintenance of the QMS.
