Job summary

IDEX Corporation in Keene, NH, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the ISO-compliant quality system, oversee audits, and drive corrective actions in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.

You will manage supplier and customer quality evaluations, lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma), review inspection data, and mentor cross-functional teams to embed quality from design to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, metrology, optical inspection, or precision manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience of at least 3–5 years in a quality management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality systems, auditing practices, corrective actions, and internal quality procedures.
• Hands-on experience with advanced metrology tools and reading optical/mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ISO-compliant quality system and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, external, supplier, and customer audits.
• Oversee corrective actions, ensure timely closure, and report results.
• Manage supplier and customer quality evaluations and feedback loops.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using metrology tools.
