Job summary

Liquid Controls - an IDEX Energy business in Keene, NH is seeking a Quality Technician for a full-time 2nd shift. The role inspects and verifies manufactured products to meet customer specifications and internal quality standards, performing final acceptance and maintaining inspection data packets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality/inspection roles, strong knowledge of ISO quality systems, and experience with precision components.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality/inspection/metrology in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and standards (ISO and internal procedures).
• Experience with optical components and precision-manufactured parts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test manufactured parts to determine acceptance or rejection.
• Perform final inspection and give final acceptance prior to shipment.
• Record, verify, and report inspection results and measurement data.
• Prepare and maintain customer inspection data packets and quality records.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
• Read and interpret optical and traditional drawings and specifications.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and inspection plans.
• Conduct optical testing as required by customer or internal specs.
• Maintain organization of inspection activities and make decisions within authority.
• Support ISO standards and internal quality system requirements.
• Transport finished products to final inspection area as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
