POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Leader to lead a strategic program aimed at building an AI-enabled sales ecosystem. This initiative, codenamed Pinnacle, will drive sales efficiency, productivity, and overall performance by integrating advanced AI capabilities into our sales processes, tools, and strategies. This is a highly visible leadership position in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. Thriving on innovation and collaboration, you will champion a customer-centric, outcome-based approach to build a seamless experience across the end-to-end customer buying journey, ensuring our sellers and partners have the support, tools and processes they need to excel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, GTM strategy and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Lenovo GTM Landscape:
    • Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to support process design and implementation of strategic technology solutions, including sales & partner tools, and AI platforms.
    • Define program objectives, key milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership, sales teams, and DT.
    • Partner with Digital Transformation and the Lenovo Experience Group to ensure roadmap delivery, seamless integration, and user experience.
    • Champion a unified approach to tools and AI solutions in support of all revenue-generating roles.
  • Deeply understand the sales organization's needs and challenges, translating them into effective solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and win ratios.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of the new ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of technology enablement initiatives on sales & partner performance.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance and deliver periodic reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
  • Drive Innovation and Change:
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
    • Pilot and evaluate modern technologies, scaling successful solutions while learning from less successful attempts.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in sales technology, data analytics and AI.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or sales strategy/operations, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience with AI applications in sales, CRM platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Influence and Persuasion: Effectively advocate for and secure buy-in for modern technology initiatives from senior leadership and all levels of the sales organization.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $150,000 – $190,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
