POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Leader to lead a strategic program aimed at building an AI-enabled sales ecosystem. This initiative, codenamed Pinnacle, will drive sales efficiency, productivity, and overall performance by integrating advanced AI capabilities into our sales processes, tools, and strategies. This is a highly visible leadership position in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. Thriving on innovation and collaboration, you will champion a customer-centric, outcome-based approach to build a seamless experience across the end-to-end customer buying journey, ensuring our sellers and partners have the support, tools and processes they need to excel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, GTM strategy and digital transformation.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $150,000 – $190,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
