The role requires leading others, 5+ years in quality/continuous improvement, and experience with ISO 9001 and related standards. Onsite in Texas with comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality/continuous improvement.
2+ years owning ISO 9001 management system with audits.
Strong knowledge of CAPA, audits, and management reviews.

Responsibilities

Owns site management system and certification readiness (ISO 9001, 14001/45001).
Manages internal and external audits and certification bodies.
Governs documentation control, procedures and process maps.
Leads CAPA programs and closure effectiveness.
Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
Drives continuous-improvement governance and KPIs.
