Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager / ISO professional to own the site's management system and drive ISO certification readiness. This role manages the end-to-end documentation, internal audits, corrective actions and management reviews.

Responsibilities include leading internal and external audits, governing documentation, CAPA programs, training teams, and driving KPI-led improvement across the site. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality/CI are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering/quality/business degree preferred.
• 5+ years in quality or continuous-improvement, including leading others.
• 2+ years owning an ISO 9001 management system with certification and audits.

Responsibilities

• Owns site management system (ISO 9001, and ISO 14001/45001 as applicable) and certification readiness.
• Manages internal audit program, external audits and certification bodies.
• Governs documentation control, procedures, records and process maps.
• Leads corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and closure effectiveness.
• Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
• Drives continuous-improvement governance, KPIs and the improvement pipeline.
• Trains and coaches teams on the management system and improvement methods.
• Ensures readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
