Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery.

• Knowledge of ISO compliance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent safety awareness.
• Ability to record and report production data accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Preferred: experience with ISO-certified processes.
• Preferred: familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and ISO standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections and checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize performance and maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
• Record production data, machine performance metrics, and quality control information accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies throughout all operations.
