Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks systematically
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to accurately record and report production data
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred: Previous experience with ISO-certified manufacturing processes or equipment
• Preferred: Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment care

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies throughout all operations

Additional Information

This position's open are for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings across time zones or address critical business needs. Per the state’s Wage Transparency Act, the range for this position is 26.33-27.33. Actual salary could be greater based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
