Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Cleanroom Compounding Technician to assist within ISO 8 classified areas for 6+ hours per shift. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and strong teamwork in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will help set up daily activities, document batch records, and ensure adherence to cGMP standards while maintaining production schedules. Training for gowning and safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
• Solid understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set-up of daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization and set-up, and documenting in batch records and logbooks.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule.
• Aid in inventory control by documenting components and materials used on paperwork.
• Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6hrs per shift and lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
