Job summary

Fagron is seeking a Cleanroom Compounding Technician to support sterile compounding in an ISO 8 environment. The role involves preparing batches, documenting in batch records, and ensuring compliance with cGMPs and GDPs. You will manage setup, cleaning, and staging activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work overtime on weekends if needed, and communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and follow directions after training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid accuracy, accountability and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily compounding activities in ISO 8 environment.
• Set up daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization, and documentation in batch records.
• Meet Right First Time metrics by reducing errors and completing corrections promptly.
• Maintain adherence to cGMPs, GDPs, and manufacturing schedule.
• Assist inventory control by documenting components used.
