Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Quality Specialist to support documentation control, training, and quality metrics within the Quality Management System. You will help ensure ISO 17025 compliance and assist with proficiency testing, non-conformance investigations, and audit preparations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in QA or a lab setting, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related scientific field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a laboratory role.
• Intermediate to expert MS Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System and ISO 17025 compliance through documentation control.
• Maintain training matrix records and support onboarding with training materials.
• Collect and compile local quality metrics on a monthly basis.
• Assist in managing proficiency testing orders and investigations.
• Review routine quality records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist with preparation for internal, external, and accreditation audits.
