Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking enthusiastic Malibu Farm Servers to craft exceptional guest experiences. You will guide guests through menu options, take accurate orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include verifying orders for accuracy, addressing dietary needs, and maintaining pristine dining areas. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and delivering five-star service with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Hawaii TB clearance as required by health authorities.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menu selections, restaurant offerings, specials, and beverage options with confidence.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and dietary requirements before delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and address inquiries and requests promptly.
• Maintain clean and inviting dining areas and support stations throughout service.
• Assist with food running, table maintenance, water service, and course setup.
• Process guest checks and transactions accurately and efficiently.
