Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking passionate hospitality team members for the Malibu Farm Server role. You will deliver a warm, attentive dining experience with menu guidance and personalized guest care on an iconic luxury property.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through selections, coordinating with the kitchen via POS, and ensuring accurate orders while maintaining a polished dining environment. On-island housing and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hawaii TB clearance and Hawaii Food Handler’s Card required; Maui Liquor Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menu selections, restaurant offerings, specials, and beverage options with confidence and product knowledge.
• Accurately enter orders and special requests into the POS system while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Verify food and beverage orders for accuracy, presentation, and dietary requirements before delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and promptly address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service, maintaining a polished and inviting dining environment.
• Assist with food running, table maintenance, water service, and course setup to support seamless restaurant operations.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house support areas.
• Process guest checks, cash and credit card transactions, and authorized adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup, breakdown, sanitation, and operational readiness.

MALIBU FARM SERVER

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.

The Server delivers a warm and welcoming dining experience by providing attentive table service, menu guidance, and personalized guest care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card is required
• Maui Liquor Card preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
