You will oversee merchandising, guest experience, and leadership activities, while working varied hours including nights and weekends as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail experience.
• Two+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by partnering with the Store Manager and leading by example to motivate and communicate with guests and team members.
• Set the course by building strong sales and service relationships with guests across store operations; model key sales and service behaviors.
• Build the perfect oasis by driving selling through planning, execution, analysis, and streamlined store processes with the Store Manager.
• Onboard and develop retail team members, promoting sales and internal career growth with clear performance expectations.
