Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by partnering with the Store Manager, motivating and communicating with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Set the course by building strong sales and service relationships with guests and modeling key sales behaviors.
• Build the perfect oasis by planning and executing merchandising and store processes with the Store Manager.
• Onboard your crew by coaching and developing Retail Team Members and setting performance expectations.
