The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail experience with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across styles.
• Willingness to perform other duties as needed to support the business.

• Create a relaxed destination by executing merchandising and visual standards.
