Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is currently looking for Part-Time Servers to join our team. The Latitude Server is on the forefront of Resident interaction with the dining program for the community.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
• Serve orders by delivering from bar and kitchen; handle payments at table.
• Maintain table settings and assist with special events as needed.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards; ensure guest satisfaction.
