Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment at Hilton Head Island. You will maintain a clean bar, monitor inventory, and assist with stocking as needed.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, accurate cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Experience with bar equipment and a state alcohol service training certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and proper safety practices.
• Rotate and label beverage items, restock inventory as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
