Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our dining team. You will handle dining service, wine guidance, and customer interactions, delivering a positive Margaritaville lifestyle experience.

Experience in serving is required; High School/GED preferred. Must be able to work nights and weekends and maintain a polished appearance while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for lunch by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Must be able to explain the chef's specialties; identify appropriate wines; answer food preparation questions.
• Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of items.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording Resident choices; identifying dietary needs and special requests.
• Serve orders by delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments.
• Respond to patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
• Maintain table setting by removing courses; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; monitor spills.
