Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, including catering and events. You will help maintain a clean and compliant dining environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include operating the industrial dishwasher, cleaning glassware, and assisting kitchen staff during peak times while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of similar experience.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Wash glassware and other utensils by hand when necessary.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear.
• Clean dish storage and maintain sanitation.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Complete opening/closing duties and side work.
• Report sanitation or janitorial issues promptly.
