LifePath of MidMissouri LLC seeks a Home Manager to lead the daily operations of two ISL homes, championing health, safety, and comfort while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a warm, collaborative community.

The role emphasizes staff training and supervision, person-centered planning, and coordination with healthcare providers to support independence, dignity, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Model, support, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure services are individualized and person-centered.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs and ensure staff effectively support those needs.
• Ensure all staff are trained, competent, and confident in direct care, documentation, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support for staff and individuals as needed.
• Complete performance evaluations for assigned staff and ensure feedback and development goals are documented and reviewed.
• Partner with the DPM/HR to recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, call-ins, and shift trades, ensuring required approvals for overtime.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork while addressing performance concerns collaboratively with leadership.
