Job summary

Inflow NS in Universal City, TX is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to apply ISD principles across USAF readiness training programs. You will analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate multimedia and traditional training systems with DoD relevance.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology/Design, 4 years of instructional design experience, and knowledge of USAF LMS and courseware processes.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology/Design or closely related field
• 4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or degree in lieu
• 3 years USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
• Familiar with USAF Learning Management System (LMS) and courseware development processes with emphasis on USAF readiness training and security cooperation
• Working knowledge of USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer processes and staffing

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation of curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
• Be capable of serving as a leader in a multiple ID development team in support of the Program Lead Instructional Designer
• Provide coaching and mentoring to other team personnel to ensure timely design and development of instructional courseware and materials
• Other duties as assigned
