Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in Orlando seeks an Instructional Systems Designer, Junior (ISD) as part of a DoD training development team.

The role involves designing engaging training materials for instructor-led, computer-based, web-based, and mobile formats, and collaborating with SMEs, graphic artists, and programmers to produce multimedia courseware. Ideal candidates have at least two years of related experience, a BS/BA, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• BS/BA required; MS/MA preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with instructional design processes (needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Design engaging training materials for instructor-led, CBT, web-based, and mobile delivery.
• Collaborate with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and SMEs on multimedia courseware.
• Develop training products using CBT authoring systems.
• Identify data sources for instructional materials and participant materials.
• Create interactive training with sound instructional design methods and activities.
