Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque seeks an experienced R&D Systems Engineer to lead Integrated Surety Architectures (ISA) integration for the Mobile Guardian Transporter (MGT) program. You will coordinate across centers with management, chief engineers, and customers NA-12/NA-15 on ISA issues and test plans.

On any given day you will evaluate the MGT system, lead ISA integration activities, develop schedules in Primavera P6, and maintain stakeholder communications to keep ISA work on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus five or more years of experience or equivalent combination of education and engineering or scientific experience.
• Strong systems engineering background with ability to manage complex integration projects across multiple centers.
• Experience with risk assessment, verification and validation, and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all aspects of the MGT system to identify integration impacts and requirements.
• Lead and coordinate ISA integration activities within the MGT program, including design integration, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain ISA-MGT integration schedules and track deliverables with Primavera P6; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary ISA interface with management, chief engineers, and customer organizations (NA-12, NA-15).
• Proactively advocate for ISA objectives and manage deliverables to exceed minimum requirements.
