Job summary

SuperTrees is seeking an experienced Branch Manager / ISA Certified Sales Arborist to lead our Utah tree care division from Riverton, UT. This full-time role combines technical arborist expertise with hands-on leadership to grow client relationships, manage operations, and drive regional growth.

You will mentor crews, develop systems, and partner with leadership to expand services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have current ISA Certified Arborist certification.
• Experience in tree care sales, consulting, or account management.
• Experience leading crews, supervisors, or branches.
• Extensive knowledge of tree biology, pruning standards, planting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, HOA, and municipal clients.
• Perform site evaluations, prepare estimates, and recommend professional tree care solutions.
• Manage daily branch operations: scheduling, workflow, resource planning.
• Lead and mentor planting and pruning crews ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on planning, budgeting, and improvements.
