Qualifications

• Must hold ISA Certified Arborist® certification and maintain it during employment.
• TRAQ certification preferred or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Demonstrated experience in arboriculture, tree care, or urban forestry.
• Proven success in client-facing roles, including sales, consulting, or account management.
• Experience preparing proposals, estimates, or project scopes.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach within the service area
• Meet with clients on-site to assess tree health, risk, and service requirements
• Develop and present detailed proposals with scope, pricing and services
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet sales goals
• Translate proposals into clear work orders for field crews
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
• Address client questions and follow-up needs promptly
