Job summary

Teufel Landscape seeks an experienced ISA Certified Sales Arborist to drive growth with a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach for residential and commercial clients in Washington. This is primarily field-based, meeting clients at project sites and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.

You will evaluate tree care needs, develop clear recommendations, and present detailed proposals outlining scope and pricing while collaborating with operations for safe, efficient execution.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist required and maintained during employment.
• TRAQ certification preferred or obtainable within defined timeframe.
• Proven arboriculture/tree care experience.
• Track record in client-facing roles such as sales or consulting.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage client interactions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate needs and opportunities.
• Meet clients on-site to assess health, risk, and service requirements.
• Develop and present proposals with scope and pricing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet goals.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Translate proposals into work orders and coordinate with field crews.
