Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking an Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Field Lead for the project construction site. The role supports IS&T infrastructure across site and field offices, providing technical guidance, executive-level white-glove support, and hands-on delivery of cloud-based services and hardware management.

The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, manage upgrades, and deliver IT solutions that ensure continuous operations

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience; 9–13 years if no degree.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud/on-prem) and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review and augment IT metrics and dashboards; suggest improvements.
• Develop IT guides and training materials for IT teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide executive white-glove support globally (direct and remote).
• Report on IT metrics and project status; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform endpoint configuration, deployment, and upgrade tasks.
• Support Teams/Teams video conferencing endpoints and devices.
• Manage devices with tools like Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
