  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,200/year + 5% bonus, full benefits
Job Summary

The supervisor will oversee daily operations of our information systems, working closely with various teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for improving IS reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
  • Manage hardware, software, and network configurations, including servers, workstations, and cloud services.
  • Supervise administration of client systems like desktops, Office 365, and Azure services.
  • Implement security policies and collaborate on vulnerability management.
  • Lead resolution of escalated issues, incident response, and maintain on-call duties.
  • Create documentation and procedures for the team and support desk.
  • Participate in problem management to reduce recurring issues.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize uptime, and lead root cause analysis.
  • Plan and execute IT projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support professional development of team members.
Employee Supervision
  • Supervise and guide team members, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.
  • Handle staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluations with an emphasis on equity and inclusion.
Organizational Responsibilities
  • Align work with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Meet strategic and operational goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft server systems, applications, and Office 365 in a medium to large enterprise.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role, or completion of CareOregon’s Aspiring Leaders Program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure Cloud server management.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and supporting 1000+ users in a hybrid environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, security principles, project management, and ITIL/ITSM practices. Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential.

Work Conditions
  • Indoor/Office environment, work from home, occasional travel.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, hearing, and speaking.
