Job summary

Community Memorial Health System is seeking a healthcare IT support professional to interface with computer and telecommunications customers, providing capabilities, training, and technical support to enable end-user computing.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service, proficiency with Microsoft technologies and troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, and basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. Healthcare experience and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Two (2) years customer service in related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies and ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficient with Network technologies and ability to troubleshoot.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Windows systems monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Preferred certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MTA) and EHR software support experience.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $26.84 - $37.12 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.
