Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City is seeking an IS Site Analyst to support facility operations at Saint Luke’s Hospital. Shift: Monday-Friday. Full Time. Based in Kansas City, MO, this position focuses on assisting the Site Manager and IS operations across multiple sites as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, project leadership on small to medium initiatives, and mentoring junior staff, with a strong client-facing component for voice and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Supports IS operations across one or more sites as assigned.
• Leads simple to medium projects as assigned.
• Mentors new analysts and technicians.
• Represents senior staff on project teams as assigned.
• Troubleshoots Level 2 issues from the Client Support Center.
• Supports voice and data system installations, upgrades, and resolutions.
• Maintains inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware.
• Maintains PC hard drive images for site equipment.
• Advises end users on desktop applications; experience may substitute for college.

Shift: Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Assists the Site Manager, as a technical resource, in the IS operations of one or multiple sites as assigned.
• Serves as a technical leader on simple to medium projects as assigned.
• Assists with mentoring new analysts and technicians.
• Represents the Site Manager or other more senior staff on project teams as assigned.
• Performs troubleshooting on all Level 2 problem calls received from the Client Support Center at assigned sites.
• Client focused position to support voice and data system installations, upgrades and problem resolutions.
• Maintains sufficient inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware for computer operations.
• Maintains hard drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site.
• Provides advice and assistance to end users on the effective utilization of desktop applications. Experience in lieu of college may be substituted.
