Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Information Services leader for the Maryland region to manage technology standards, projects, teams, and budgets across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with company IS strategy.

The role focuses on leading local IS teams, collaborating with leadership, and delivering value through technology solutions while maintaining policy compliance and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program in Information Services, Computer Science, Operations, Business Management, or related field with relevant certifications, and minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in Information Services Management or Customer Support Services or related area
• Solid business and IT acumen with familiarity in Operations, Finance, HR

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to align technology requirements with IS strategy
• Communicate IS strategy and standards to stakeholders
• Identify and recommend technology solutions for local business needs
• Lead projects with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Mentor IS team in customer service and project management
• Develop local IS guidelines and enforce policies
• Manage local IS budget and resources
• Review IS metrics and drive continuous improvements
• Participate in company-wide IS projects
• Oversee lifecycle of IS assets and incident resolution
