• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Operations/Management with relevant certifications and 10+ years in IS management or customer support services.
• Strong business and IT acumen across Operations, Business Development, Finance, and HR.
• Working knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
• Professional verbal and written communication with ability to present to leadership.
• Ability to influence others and build consensus across stakeholders.
• Experience with contracts and vendor management.
• Supervisory experience with delegation, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Experience with ticket management systems and desktop/systems support.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership and IS Regional Manager to align local technology requirements with IS strategy.
• Communicate IS strategy and standards to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate to identify technology solutions for local business needs.
• Lead projects with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for delivery and adoption.
• Mentor IS team in customer service, project management, and development.
• Contribute to IS policy, procedures, and standards for infrastructure and security.
• Develop and manage local IS budget and resources.
• Review KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in companywide IS projects and validate solutions.
• Oversee lifecycle of IS asset management in assigned locations.
• Manage end-user incidents and requests.
