Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ seeks an Information Systems Project Coordinator to drive IT projects from start to finish, coordinating developers, QA, and internal customers.

You will document requirements, track progress, and help remove blockers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall methods, with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management styles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, documents, and user guides.
• Provide assigned project oversight to ensure workflows and timelines are met.
• Facilitate communication between internal customer, developers, and QA throughout lifecycle.
• Resolve issues to remove blockers and escalate when appropriate.
• Support timely development and deployment of software solutions with senior team members.
• Assist information systems department with organization, meetings, and other project needs.
