Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Information Systems Project Coordinator to drive IT and software projects from initiation to deployment.

You will manage documentation, timelines, and cross‑functional communication between developers, QA, and internal customers. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related work experience, strong MS OS skills, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management styles.
• Certification in AGILE, SCRUM, or Waterfall methods.
• Digital photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, documents, and user guides.
• Provide assigned project oversight to ensure project workflows and timelines are met.
• Facilitate communication between the internal customer, developers, and quality assurance for the duration of lifecycle of designated projects.
• Resolve issues as they arise to understand and remove project blockers, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Facilitate the timely development and deployment of software solutions alongside senior team members.
• Provide support to the information systems department including organization, meeting facilitation, and any other project needs.
