Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Project Coordinator to join our software development team. You will create and maintain project documentation, oversee workflows, and facilitate communication among customers, developers, and QA throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related work, proficiency with Microsoft OS, and experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies. A digital photography background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate status professionally.
• Certification in AGILE, SCRUM, or Waterfall PM.
• Digital photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, documents, and user guides
• Provide assigned project oversight to ensure project workflows and timelines are met
• Facilitate communication between the internal customer, developers, and quality assurance for the duration of lifecycle of designated projects
• Resolve issues as they arise to understand and remove project blockers, escalating issues when appropriate
• Facilitate the timely development and deployment of software solutions alongside senior team members
• Provide support to the information systems department including organization, meeting facilitation, and any other project needs
