Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Project Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

You will create and maintain project documentation, oversee workflows, facilitate communication among internal customers, developers, and QA, and drive timely deployment of software solutions with senior team members. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience, strong MS OS proficiency, and experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience within AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management styles.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to task-swap and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adjust to technical and non-technical end users when communicating project status and updates in a professional manner.
• Knowledgeable of software development life cycles.
• Certification in AGILE, SCRUM, or Waterfall project management styles.
• Digital photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, documents, and user guides
• Provide assigned project oversight to ensure project workflows and timelines are met
• Facilitate communication between the internal customer, developers, and quality assurance for the duration of lifecycle of designated projects
• Resolve issues as they arise to understand and remove project blockers, escalating issues when appropriate
• Facilitate the timely development and deployment of software solutions alongside senior team members
• Provide support to the information systems department including organization, meeting facilitation, and any other project needs
