Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating between internal customers, developers, and QA to keep timelines on track.

Strong communication and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall experience are essential, as is documenting requirements and workflows. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management styles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate status professionally.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, documents, and user guides.
• Provide assigned project oversight to ensure project workflows and timelines are met.
• Facilitate communication between the internal customer, developers, and quality assurance for the duration of lifecycle of designated projects.
• Resolve issues as they arise to understand and remove project blockers, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Facilitate the timely development and deployment of software solutions alongside senior team members.
• Provide support to the information systems department including organization, meeting facilitation, and any other project needs.
