Job summary

Pennant Services is seeking an IS leader based in its Eagle, Idaho/ TN hybrid operations with travel across Western U.S. to support Cornerstone.

The role focuses on building and leading an IS team for home health and hospice, managing key software partners like HomeCare HomeBase, and driving cost-effective IS solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate IS initiatives across clinical and financial apps (HomeCare HomeBase, ADP Enterprise, Workday, Great Plains), ensure data security

Qualifications

• Four plus years of demonstrated expertise as an IS leader with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering IS solutions for mobile/workforce environments and familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and drive results in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a home health and hospice IS team aligned with the field-driven model.
• Manage Cornerstone’s relationship with HomeCare Homebase and other IS solutions.
• Improve IS outcomes and user experience by reviewing and managing IS spend.
