Job summary

The Pennant Group seeks an experienced IS leader to drive the growth and development of Cornerstone’s information systems. Based in Eagle, Idaho with travel to Western US operations, this role requires strong leadership and a focus on data security, system efficiency, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include building a field-driven IS team for home health and hospice, managing HomeCare Homebase and other IT solutions, and guiding IS strategy for acquisitions while ensuring PHI

Qualifications

• Senior IS leadership experience with strong technical background.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate an IS team in healthcare.
• Experience balancing IS investment with performance outcomes.
• Familiarity with HomeCare Homebase and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and developing a home health and hospice focused IS team in a field-driven model.
• Managing Cornerstone’s relationship with its Electronic Medical Records partner, HomeCare Homebase, and other IS solutions.
• Improving IS outcomes and user experience by reviewing IS spend and performance.
• Ensuring agency compliance with data security and PHI regulations.
• Communicating IS priorities, strategies, spend, and risks to diverse audiences.
• Refining IS solutions for new acquisitions across the Western U.S.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and supporting users in Citrix environments and core applications.
