Position Summary
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, theIS Data and Systems Analyst is responsible for the proper functioning and management of assigned applications and/or tools across RISE Partnership. Main responsibilities will include installing, updating, and maintaining applications including Asana, Active Campaign, and MS CoPilot. TheIS Data and Systems Analyst will troubleshoot concerns, provide technical support, identify trends in software usage and recommend solutions for software and workflows improvement. The ideal candidate will maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical users.
