University of Alaska is seeking an IS Coordinator within the Center for Human Development to lead a Tech team that supports Training Coordinators delivering distance and in-person trainings and conferences across Alaska. You will oversee non-credit registration and course shells while assisting participants in accessing opportunities.

The role requires solid IT understanding, strong customer service, and the ability to travel within Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/education or related field along with 3 years’ experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Tech team to support Training Coordinators in Alaska.
• Oversee non-credit registration and LMS shell construction.
• Provide customer service and problem-solving to access training opportunities.
• Travel within Alaska to support trainers across the state.
