Job summary

In-N-Out Burgers in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst III to own the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, support upgrades, and improve processes and user experience while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification strongly preferred.
• Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience is required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, data management, and system design principles, with the capability to make sound business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, provide technical support, and deliver end-user training.
• Proven experience documenting processes, conducting audits, and performing diagnostic testing.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Asana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and independently manage multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Perform system maintenance, including review, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Develop complex reports and queries using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and FDI; create dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with HR functional experts to understand needs and define requirements.
• Provide production support by researching and resolving system issues, gaps, and process improvements.
• Apply deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality to identify process improvements.
• Optimize and automate HCM processes using Oracle technologies including Fast Formulas, Flows, Value Sets, and HCM Extracts.
• Perform audits on HR processes, documents and data and take action accordingly.
• Maintain expertise on Oracle Cloud HCM through ongoing learning and professional development.
• Develop user procedures and training materials; support adoption and knowledge sharing.
